New Schlegel "grunge" sig

    Can anyone help me make a proper border.

    I do the following and no dice:

    new layer

    control a

    edit--stroke

    1px black

    center

    And nothing shows up.

    Make the stroke setting, Inside, not center.

    No, make sure your new layer is on top of all layers though.

    Another way to do it is, merge all the layers, press CTRL + A, Edit>Stroke...yada ...yada...yada...
