manningham is an athletic guy who will make some real nice catches and then drop some easy ones, or make the easy catches a lot more difficult than they should be. he's kind of like pierre garcon.

    braylon > garcon > manningham

#2? You're suggesting that Holmes is our #1? LMAO!

He's no #1. He never was. IMO, Both guys are bonafide #2's(Holmes/Braylon) who actually complement each other very very well.

#1 doesn't mean hes a top 10 receiver it means hes our best receiver. Which he is.

FOR NOW Santonio is the best.

With Braylon on board? HELL NAW. He feeds off Braylon. He can't do that to other receivers though.

They feed off each other. Holmes isn't the type of receiver to do well with double teams. With Braylon here they won't be able to do that anymore which will help both receivers.

Don't forget that in the 12 games when Holmes was part of the offense last year he out produced Braylon.

And without Braylon at all last year, he couldn't out produce himself. [IMG]

Frankly, I don't care who out-produces whom. These two were DYNAMITE together and still can be(providing of course that Braylon's knee is okay and ready to go).

Mario Manningham might be Jets material, but he's not Penske material.

    Trick question:

How many wide receivers will the Jets employ in this formation:

    5 Lineman
    1 QB
    2 TE
    1 FB
    1 RB

Thats why I want them back. They are pretty equally talented but play very different. It just so happens the way they play compliments each other very well. If Braylon is healthy we'd be crazy not to bring him back.

That is also a stupid question. You think we play with 1 WR most of the time?

uhh absolutely he stretches the field. he isnt the guy who gets a ton of catches, because he generally is deep most of his routes.

i would rather have braylon, because of the chemistry/past success/blocking ability, but this guy would be a good 2nd option.

he does make some circus catches, but drops some easy catches.

i would rather have a taller WR though.
