Ok. I don't think Rex Ryan has the discipline and self control to wrestle control of the Jet circus nor do I think he has the discipline and self control to lead by example. Rex Ryan is a clown. He's a premadonna attention whore. He's better suited for television like "Biggest Loser: Celebrity version" or MTV's The Real World than he is for running a football organization. He had his moment in the sun with the AFC Championship games. I seriously doubt he'll ever get back.

Teammates were getting frustrated with each other because the team was not playing good, fingers were being pointed at one another and we were losing. Winning cures everything, Rex is still learning, everything will be okay. The attitude from some NYJ fans here is disgusting. Yeah the season was a disappointment. Get over it. Not every team makes the SB or the AFCCG every year in a row. This happens. I'll take 2 out of 3 every single season. Obviously the teams goal is to win a Super Bowl. I believe it will happen one day with Rex as HC. Let's not forget guys like playing for Rex and this environment is a great place to be when the team is winning. Rex and the leaders of team need to make sure our guys are focused and accountable. It will happen.
And why do you have problems in the locker room that get aired out in public to begin with? Do you see this sort of bush league circus stuff take place in Massachusetts with the Patriots? A coach leads his team by example.
