We actually ran a 2 minute drill and managed the clock perfectly the entire way. Incredible!! Anyway we didn't play well but I love what Mangini is doing. He gave the starters more reps than usual which I thought was great. Lets face a it new 3-4 defense, young O-line, young QB, QB coming off surgery all these guys need reps and they all got plenty of them. I loved McCareins basically demoted to 4th wide receiver which means if you don't work your but off during the week it will actually affect your playing time. I really think he will have this team playing smart solid football when the real season opens up.

A couple of other things from the game.

Adrian Jones at RT worries me...he doesn't look good there at all.

Loved what I saw from D'brickashaw great in pass protection and solid in the running game.

Clemens really impressed me. I liked that Mangini brought him out right after Chad that is a good confidence booster and he looked poised on that 2 minute drill before the half.

Chad was Chad. He dink and dunked and moved the ball well. Would have liked him to put some points on the board though.
