The difference is your view of the Packers being 15-1 making them like the 85 Bears or some of the Niners teams or the Pats undefeated team. They are nowhere near in that league. Rodgers aside - man for man the Giants were the better team.
Okay, look. We know the Giants aren't 'hot', despite what the dickrider Buck says. But they have been lukewarm in a sea of ice cold septic fecal matter and that has been enough for them.
Their passing offense is good and the pass rush is elite. If they get a good day from either one of those aspects they're pretty tough to beat.
And we are ignoring the Falcons game where the defense pitched a shutout because? The packers played a team on a 3 game winning that had all the confidence in the world and predicting wins. They had momentum and confidence and were hot. I don't understand why it is hard to say the Packers got a bad draw. Catching a team while they are getting hot/ have confidence is a tough matchup. Ask the Pats from last year.
