Tebow was a nice story but it is over. He is not a pro QB despite any of the nonsensical media coverage and pundits claim. He was a gimmick that took the league 8 games to figure, which is basically all the game tape a DC needs to break down any new QB and their tendancies. Because Tebow is literally a one trick pony he will have a very hard time adapting next year. Look at his stats in his first 8 starts and compare them to his last 5 games. He basically fell off a cliff with the exception of the Pitt playoff game. If Pitt doesn't lose basically its entire front 3 - which had held the Broncos to 6 total yards of offense before leaving in the 2nd QTR - then the Steelers don't have to move their safeties up to stop the run exposing them to read option play action pass. The guy has a horrible throwing motion and doesn't even complete 47% of his passes. He has a nice play action pass and can thrown a nice ball between the hashmarks - but that is the easiest throw in football to make. He simply doesn't have the touch required to throw the 20 yard out and once teams decide to play man outside and clog the middle with LBs and Safeties to stop the run, his favorite read option pass (the winning pass play against Pitt that they ran basically all day because Pitt never adjusted) has just been taken away. Get up early and even the 31st rank defense can stop them. As for the Jets game, the Jets really got hurt going to Denver on that short week. I really believe the Jets would have won if that game was played on Sunday or even Saturday.
Playoffs: Mark > Tom > Tim On a serious note, the way Tom Brady 'crussified' Tim Tebow on national TV will not add to Tommie's popularity rating. 'If' Brady makes it to the big dance look for the Nation to hold hands with the Jets Nations and be rooting against him.
Tebow=brain no talent Sanchez=talent no brain If only they could join forces. Tebow in his 1st year starting can already read the defenses better then Sanchez can, to bad he has no arm and is not a qb. If the Broncos don't start Tebow next year their fans might rebel.
Tim Tebow is a successful NFL player; this year and will and will have success in the future. Mark Sanchez was also successful in his position as an NFL quarter back and will continue to have success. Here is where it be come contingent upon certain things. The Bronco's either have to adjust their scheme's to match what Tebow can do and build around that or they will try to press him into the what they want him to be , That may not work!! Mark Sanchez has shown that he can be a commanding leader of the team when he has sufficient protection and the time to find the open receiver's. Mark Sanchez also needs a good running game to keep opposing defenses guessing because when they do not fear the run he is real easy to handle. Both of these players are not elite and may never be elite, My definition of elite in this respect is a quarter back that can take the team on his shoulders no matter the level of play in these other areas and dictate the out come of games. This being said Sanchez with two more years over Tebow is better ....end of story!
See, this is why people accuse you of trolling. The Broncos were just creamed and scored a single touchdown when they had a short field off a turnover. What the hell in that performance - against the 32nd ranked defense - tells you that Tim Tebow was reading defenses AT ALL?! I'm assuming you saw the stat on the number of negative plays?
it was 1 game? Sanchez had a 54 rating against the 29th ranked defense your point? If you cant see that Tebow understands the game way better then Sanchez you are blind just watch both of their post game interviews where Tebow always disects what happened on defense while Sanchez just looks lost. Thats why Tebow will one day be a coach and Sanchez will be out of this league in 2 years. Just because Tebow sucked doesn't mean he can't read a defense.
I wasn't aware there was a debate on if Sanchez was better than Tebow. I'm on the fence about Sanchez but I never would put Tebow in the same sentence. I just pretend every play is a direct snap to the fullback to get me through the few Denver games I've watched.
Whether Sanchez or Tebow started for the Broncos, the Pats were gonna blow their door off. Also, what is going on with Sanchez getting all the credit for this team going to the AFC Championship game? Jets D & their offensive lines were very good. It wasn't Sanchez and a bunch of scrubs lucky to be in the NFL on the Jets roster.
Tebow is a joke of an NFL QB. There should be no arguing this fact. He's terrible, he cant even complete 50% of his passes. The guy sucks.
Tebow did NOT beat the same Steelers team that beat us last year. That game was IN Denver causing Ryan Clark to sit out because the air. They also didn't have Pouncey and Mendenhall. If I remember correctly, they RB basically, bitched our defense. And how about a big Ben who had only one good leg? If the Jets would have played THAT Steelers team. We would have gotten no credit for completely destroying them. While everyone seems to forget how hurt the Steelers were when playing Tebow.
Of your 400 posts I think every one of them can be summed up as, "blab blab blab I don't like Mark Sanchez blab blab blab."
I can't wait until Brady either retires or his career ends in an injury so that we can see other teams repaying those two pieces of dung, Belichick and Kraft back for their continued running up the score on defenseless teams A long time ago, in the YA Tittle days, the Midgets used to do the same thing and then, when he was gone the Redskins, up 69-13 or so went for a field goal in the last minute to get the score into the 70s this will happen to the cheating scumbags too and it will be a pleasure to watch
bwahahahahaha........ I hope this is an attempt at comedy. While your schtick is extremely tiresome, every once in awhile there's some nuggets of gold..... "Gold Jerry, Gold!" :breakdance:
