Can we set a new precedent and offer to give the Jags a draft pick if they take Shotty this week? I'd be willing to give up a 4th or 5th rounder just to get this dbag off our hands quickly so we don't miss out on any other OC candidates.

Just read this from ESPN NY, looks like if Hue Jackson is fired from the Raiders he might be a candidate for Offensive Coordinator. Jackson and Rex worked together in Baltimore in 2008, that year the Ravens reached the AFC championship game with Flacco as a rookie. Of all the candidates I have heard, Jackson seems to be the best considering he and Rex have worked together and the Raiders ranked 9th in total offense this season.
