It's a horrible job by the fo to overlook the safety position. They really need to seriously address it this offseason and go into it with more than 1capable starter
Hope that means he won't be back next year . I admire him for toughing it out and playing through the injury , but he's just not good .
I dont mind him on special teams. I think he adjusts the blocking on punts, so I mean if he wants to keep on being a STer I dont mind keeping him.
Again points to the TERRIBLE job Mr. T has done this season. The lack of quality on this team is appalling. We can only hope that the Jet front office has learned some valuable lessons from this disappointing season
The lack of depth on this team is sickening. If guys like Sanchez, Scott, Pace, Holmes were not so overpaid, then maybe the Jets would have some money to have some depth at safety or on the O-Line.
Many of you are so ridiculous. Where was this supposed safety talent to go out and get? please, because i remember a pretty crappy FA period, with mediocre players getting overpaid. Not to mention a bunch of new rules. So please, how was the FO supposed to assemble a this wonderful talent that wasnt there. They opted for stability rather than overpaying another player to come in and be average, and I dont disagree with the assessment. Its a shame that things happened the way they did, but lets be real here, there was really not a lot the FO could do.
horrible job of the front office to have no depth -- let Ihedigbo go to the Pats and traded Lowery to Jax
I really believe Eric Smith is the worst player in the NFL, except maybe for Wayne (I gave up 23 sacks) Hunter...
