Unbelievable, Bears up 10-0 late 4th quarter, yet everyone knew the Broncos were going to win. Sure enough, Chicago gets Tebow'd This week they play the Patriots, on paper NE should kill them but maybe they just get Tebow'd too. What is it with this guy
Teblow is a zealous Satan worshiper. And Satan is rewarding him for his devotion. I thought this was common knowledge?
Seriously, I can't even call this lucky anymore. Whatever. New England is gonna wax them next week. If I had to pick one person who'd know how to scheme against Denver's bullshit Offense, it'd be Belichick.
It's getting out of hand, though, with all the Tebow worship. Denver's D has been stopping everyone, their kicker's banging 60 yard FGs to get to OT, WRs are breaking tackles and going to the house, etc. I have no hate for Tebow but the way the rest of that team is being overlooked is starting to annoy me.
All of those things are true, but honestly... without him, they wouldn't be doing any of this. He may suck as a qb, but he is a team leader and a cheerleader and has them all believing in themselves which is a HUGE intangible on the field.
This last one was especially ridiculous, with the bears going into prevent with plenty of time left in the game. Haven't they watched the tape? They basically held tebow scoreless the whole game, then they decide to trade field position for time, then they lose. On a side note, if Tebow keeps winning we're going to have a fourth great awakening.
That denver D is the same D that started off 1-4, got schredded every week, and gave up close to 30 points a game with Orton at QB. Give tebow credit. He finds ways to get the job done at the end, albeit not pretty, he has great leadership skills, and he inspires his teammates. After so many people trashed him without even getting a snap, Im happy for him.
That's because Sanchez is too busy smashing actresses and 17 year olds instead of circumszing orphans in Burkina Faso.
That number is skewed by the loss to the packers where they gave up 49 points. In the four games Orton started and finished here are the points per game the defense gave up: 23 vs Raiders 22 vs Bengals 17 vs Titans 49 vs Packers In retrospect, all of those are teams with winning records today, and the Denver defense wasn't all that bad except against the Packers, but we can chalk some of that up to the Packers being awesome. Here are Orton's numbers in those games: Yards TD/Int 304 1/1 (oak) 195 2/0 (cin) 173 2/2 (ten) 273 3/3 (gnb) Not bad, except the two turnovers vs the Titans. Yup, but most of all he doesn't turn the ball over and the run first offense probably helps the defense have more time to rest. Also I give all the credit in the world to their coaching staff who were willing to construct game plans around what Tebow does rather than trying to force him to do things he isn't good at.
