Love the pic with the chick and F Dallas on the back of her Jersey. Pretty sweet to hear our own chant at an opposing teams stadium like that. Jets fans there seemed just as loud as the Skins fans today. Ive been to Fed Ex quite a few times and they are normally louder than they were today. If they werent out of contention, probably would of been slightly different though...
My bros came from all over the country to watch the game with my dad who is fighting cancer. It was such an awesome thing to watch my dad in his glory screaming defense as Maybin sacked Grossman. We stayed in the stadium with 5000 other Jet fans chanting J-E-T-S until they gave us the keys and told us to lock-up.
Even the skins fans actually sounded pretty loud downstairs at times. What a great game to be at. Drove up from NC yesterday - Everywhere we went we ran into Jets fans. They were tailgating last night at the hotel when we arrived, at dinner, after stopping in the market this morning you just knew the stadium was going to be rocking green and white. We had great seats albeit on the Skins side.
I was impressed with the skins fans - they were very loud for the first 3 quarters. It was even more impressive considering 1/3 of the stadium was filled with Jets fans. I was in the east end zone party deck - there were tons of Jets fans in the section. The last 8 minutes of the game literally felt like a Jets home game - such a great time. J-E-T-S chants were outstanding.
The second I walked into the building today I heard a jets chant that made me feel like I was in the meadowlands, I turned around and said "holy shit" to my family who was there. It got real loud at the end of course, although the skins fans in my section (right on the field) did get loud for our 3rd downs.
It was epic! The Jets crowd took over in the 2nd half. I loved it. My best game experience ever I think. Perfect weather, taking over another team's stadium, great win, Great time!!
