Second leader tackler on the Raiders defense apparently go in a fight, pulled a gun, and put it to a man's head. The man begs him not to shoot and McClain move the gun away and fires a shot next to his ear. Will the league act? The Raiders? The Giants suspended Burress for the rest of the season (4 regular season games plus any playoffs) after he shot himself, and I would expect the Raiders to do something similar. I have a strong hunch that Goodell will put a lot of pressure on them to do something like that if they are reluctant to do so.
He should be thrown in jail just for that little wallet thingy. That picture is amazing. Sounds like he could be in line for some pretty serious charges, since that gunshot may be considered reckless endangerment of human life.

Actually, if this is true, if he pulled a gun and put it to the guys head I'm pretty sure that goes into the felony category once he pulled the trigger, even if it was just beside the guys head. Of course I'm probably wrong since I'm far from a law expert....but seems to me it should be a felony at that point.

if the allegations are true mccalin doesnt need to be worried about playing since he will be jailed for attempted murder
