    Don't worry...Jon Gruden is just salivating to discuss how amazing Blaine Gabbert can throw the ball and what a elusive guy this Ryan Mathews is.

    I thought Joe Theisman was bad until Gruden started doing MNF.

    Gruden proves that you don't have to be smart to be a Head Coach in the NFL.

    Theisman was numerous times worse than Gruden, IMO.

    Problem with Chucky is that he loves everyone on the field...And it's a bit disturbing

    Gruden prefers to only see the positives of every player. It's almost like he likes to think about all the qualities he would emphasize if he was coaching them or something like that.

    MNF is a joke, it has been for years. The prime time game of the week has been on Sunday Night- that is where the best matchups are and where they can flex the 2nd half of the year.

    I think Gruden does very well when he breaks down film with players in one-on-one sagments. The problem with him in the booth is that he seems to be forced to talk nothing but positives about players. IMO, he would tear up the very players he was praising if he was their coach and they screwed up in any facet of the game.
