I can't ever remember this much public outcry for a coordinator. Not saying it never happened but I dont ever remember back to back to back years of people organizing petitions and chants to rip a coordinator at games. Aroudn the time I joined this site, I ran into a site that was specifically made for people to call for his head.Can't remember the name.
Nothing wrong with the play calling...it more the play of the QB....take a look at New England...they had several offense coordinators all have done well because of the QB..our team has not improved in any area for the past two year...the win now mentality has to change....stop giving away draft picks ... start doing a better job in drafting players
I agree with the drafting part, but the problem isn't our QB. Tom Brady in his prime would look like crap if he got hit every single play before he has any time to check his checkdowns. Schotty is too predictable and it's not like he makes good play calls at that.
Hackett and Sutton got similar reactions, but didn't stay in their jobs long enough for the crescendo we're now seeing around Schotty.
Schottys play calling is so bad that when she jumps for joy she gets stuck Wait that's a yo mama joke...carry on
Not just stupid, beyond stupid. And not just schotty but also Rex and Tannenbaum for not getting rid of this idiot instead of giving him an extension. All three of them can't think straight when it comes to the offense.
The offense as an entire unit is like a plane with no wings, pilot or landing gear. Fucked. I'm not convinced the team even practices together. We have some sound leadership on the offensive side of the ball with role models like Holmes, Cheddar Bob, Lord Schottenheimer (sp?) (who cares?), Baby Sanchez (Aka second coming of Kyle Boller), and that stout offensive line I like to refer to as "Swiss cheese" or The Matt Mulligan and Wayne hunter show: "who's assignment was that anyway?" (very scary).
