The wheels are gonna come off Hillis very very soon if they haven't already, not many RB's can play with that kind of style and last more than 5 years. So please god no, some team is gonna shell out money, and if we are gonna throw money at a RB I hope to god it's Forte...
I hope you're joking, I doubt Peyton could even turn his head far enough to read a defense at this point.

Average shelf life of a good RB is around 4-5 years. (Or in other words) Hillis is on his last leg. Do not even touch him with 100 feet pole.

what do we do in the offseason??? what a dumb question to ask when we are in the midst of the actual season. In the offseason I plan to hit the beach in the carribbean and to reflect on another amazing Jets season.

Just start building through the draft. BPA please. I'm tired of all thee true teams the stride for a decade cause of great drafting. While we only have success with big splashes and no depth

Its hard to say why but i realized this too. I would keep him around and see him in a new offensive system with Sanchez before i lose faith in him.

I'm not sure why anyone would want Hillis. He's absolute poison right now between his injury and his attitude. There have even been stories out of the locker room that he could go if he wanted to but his agent keeps shutting him down. That's not something anyone should want for this team, and he's certainly not a Rex guy as has been suggested.

We have plenty of problems to address. The primary are obviously RT, OLB, and S, but we also need to upgrade the TE position and shore up the receiving corps with a new #2 if/when Plax walks. After that, depth is lacking across the board. I'm guessing most of our work is done in the draft. Even pushing part of the cap forward, money is going to be tight if we're signing new contracts that extend into future seasons. We won't get into a situation in which we're spending far beyond projected future caps. I could see a few guys brought in just for the next season or two on the FA market, but a long term big name signing probably isn't in the cards at this point unless it's at the relatively cheaper safety position.

Safety is a pretty glaring need.Leonard is pretty overrated and Smith is a decent back up,at best.

Actually, I think Rex sent he didn't come here to kiss BB's Rings, not that he wouldn't.

Need to address the horrible O-line, because every QB sucks when he gets sacked 2 seconds after the ball is hiked every play. After that, we need a real running back and a pass rusher.

Basically. Weird that he couldn't even make it one year without getting hurt, people shit on Greene for not staying healthy and you call for Hillis of all people to replace him?
