What is the deal with this team, this has to be the worst time management I have ever seen. We need to go 80 yards and throwing it 5 yards on every play wont get the job done. In an honest opinion is it Mark making piss poor decisions/limitations or is it Schotty with his play calls?
Even worse is the decision not to call to on fourth down. Had we done that we get at least 3 that drive.
Sanchez is a dumb motherf###er. We need a QB again. Sad...... plus that play should have been reviewed by upstairs on the last bronco completion.
I feel like the play calls in the 2 minute drill fall on Sanchez. Piss poor pass to Keller on that fake spike. However, the rest of the game calls bg Schotty have been awful. We are wasting a solid defensive effort so far. Hope the offense shows SOMETHING in the 2nd half.
What a brutal, brutal sequence for Rex, Schotty and Sanchez. -No excuse for not calling a timeout after the Broncos 3rd down. Yes, the play should've been reviewed, but it wasn't--by refusing to use his timeout Rex cost us 40 seconds that we could've used to get into field goal range. -Stupid call by Schotty to start the drive with a draw. That's another 20 seconds that we didn't have to waste. -Incomprehensibly stupid call by Sanchez to try the fake spike play. That killed any last chance that the Jets had of getting points. If we lose this game by one possession tonight, we'll know exactly who to blame.
the draw play is standard fare as pointed out by rabbi mayock. the other points are totally valid. the fake spike was NOT called on the sidelines and was ad hoc. sancho got it handed to him on the sideline by the entire CS
How about making a completion with 15 seconds left on the clock, and instead of calling a timeout doing a fucking hurryup instead . 15 Seconds you take the god damn time out, and have time for 2 passes to the sidelines to get your ass in fieldgoal range.

Question. When we move the ball during the two min drill it's bc Schotty is not making the calls. But when we don't score in 40 sec it is Schotty's fault? makes sense
i usually just read the forums but i had to join just to express my frustration and disappointment about this first half
