A few months ago I made this post and it needs to be reiterated: This also needs to apply to thread validity. It isn't everyone's job to decide what the board is and isn't allowed to talk about, so long as it is relevant to the forum it's in. It's a message board, it exists for hypothetical conversation. If you're going to discredit a thread's purpose for existence, do it respectfully and support it with a decent reason. Posts that do nothing but insult people and stifle conversation are going to be cracked down on. Designating what threads are "Cool story, bro" type quality is our job. Thanks.

I'm guilty of the occasional "CSB" 1 liners but yesterday's faggotry was well beyond the levels seen here during the last few seasons and was probably warranted to some extent. Iata and company did do battle with doucheland and Die.on.an.Island in the manning thread. Those 2 posters were well off their rocker.
deutchland or whatever litterally did not make a single post without some bullshit condescension that was 100% unwarrented. i understand i'm not the best person to argue this, but fuck that, they did nothing at all to furthur the conversations. demoisland started out debating fairly well, but as soon as the deutchland guy started his bullshit, demo did the same.
NONE of that is allowed in the football forums. The enforcement is more lax in the BS forum, and of course the TT forum is open for business, which is where you SHOULD be taking out your frustrations with lesser life forms. You guys realize there's absolutely nothing wrong with the Peyton Manning thread other than the people who think they can dictate what we're allowed to talk about?
