Again, if the game become a shoot-out (which I do not believe will happen), the Pats will have a huge advantage with Brady over Sanchez.
We all agree its not going to happen so who cares. If the 2 teams decide to play golf (which I do not believe will happen), the Pats will have a huge advantage with Brady over Sanchez.
Huge game. Biggest at Met Life Stadium to date. The crowd will show up, I can feel it. I think it will be a close game, with the Jets pulling away at the end. Should be intense. Just gotta shut down their offense. If that happens, the Jets could win by a lot.
While I would agree that the Jets have all the momentum and should be favored this week by a TD, one thing makes me feel ok about this week. All the so called experts and Pats haters are burying them. I love that every time in the past this has happened the Pats have responded and played great. Eventually, the Pats will not be a top contender, and the "experts" will be right. But I don't think it's gonna happen right now. I look for Brady to put togather a big effort Sunday night, and the D to keep improving (maybe no dumb PI's his week). This one goes to the last two minutes.
Look at the Eagles Preseason- They are SB bound After 4 weeks- No playoffs for the iggles, no chemistry After 8 weeks- The greatness is emerging, they are bound for the playoffs After week 9- Lost to the Bears?
Yeah, the experts saying the Patriots aren't good anymore does scare me. Last thing I want is for them to be inspired by something. Haha.
ohh sorry....was not meaning to cause offence... only seen the Jets once in a loss @ buffalo.......coming a long way for this game...just want a WIN J E T S JETS JETS JETS!!!
I won't be at the game, I'll be on my couch but I really hope it's a playoff-type atmosphere with the crowd louder than week 2 2009. Was anyone at that game and was that the loudest Jet crowd ever?
Addition by subtraction. I do hope the Jets read the newspapers. If it takes 10% off their effort that would be very helpful.
I don't think anyone's coasting this week. Whoever loses on Sunday will do so because of a failure in plan or execution, not a lack of effort.
I have a really good feeling about this game, just like last week. I just think with our defense playing the way it is now, to its full capability, coupled with how god awful the Patriots defense is, I see a big time Jets win. I'm calling Jets 24 Pats 14, with the second Patriots touchdown coming late after the outcome of the game has been decided.
I was there I have had season tickets since the mid 90's and it was easily the loudest crowd I have ever heard.
At the midpoint of the season, NE*s decision to pay Shaun Ellis $4m/per looks el retardo. Is it safe to say he's done jackshit to this point? A trend on that defense.
agreed...let's top it this week ...everyone do their part in gettin your sections to get loud on every defensive down!!
