Hey, better than your offer. Then again, I could offer Bernard Scott for Steve Smith straight up, and it would be better than your offer (not joking either).

I am willing to trade Bradshaw or Wells if I can get a WR upgrade. Would like to make it a 2 for 2 so I can get a 3rd RB I can trust a little bit in case of injury.

The Boldin Showers have traded Chris Johnson and Michael Bush to the Cosby Sweaters for Rashard Mendenhall and Knowshon Moreno.

I think it was just both of us being fed up with our backs sucking, and just traded for an equally frustrating back. BUT NEW!

    My offer was better.

The second coming of Christ would have scratching my head over Steve Smith.

F it. Keep your gimpy QB and his backup. I tried to help. Done.

Bradshaw for Smith makes way more sense than Cutler for McFadden...chill out.

Yes, an oft injured RB on a running back by committee team for one of the most productive receivers in the game makes so much more sense than an effective QB for a solid RB who has likely peaked.

    Way more, right?

Did you just call McFadden a solid RB who has likely peaked? The dude is 24, one of the most physically gifted backs in the league, and he's on pace for 1,500 yards and 10TDs this year. If thats peaking I sure wouldn't mind having that for a few years in his prime. If that's just "solid" I would hate to think what elite is, 2,000 yards and 14 td's? Is that good enough for you?

Then again, you were the one who started two injured RB's and didn't try to switch Tolbert until Monday. Fantasy Wizard bordering NickD status!

I meant he's peaked for the season FFS. Oakland is going nowhere and his production will drop off accordingly. Is that a little more clear for you?

Also, I have a life outside of TGG. On Friday both those guys were supposed to play, and it's not like I had any other options anyway. When Tolbert was officially out the waiver wire was already locked.

As far as the fantasy wizard stuff goes, we're both 4-4 slapnuts.

Tolbert was all but ruled out on Friday, and Hillis was looking like a no-go.
But yes, that's a little more clear for me, I was slightly confused by the wording of the McFadden thing.

Just to end this absurd name-calling about trades, I'd like to remind everyone that I inadvertently set myself up for the biggest trade rape of the season BEFORE the season even started. That's why you don't make trades prior to Week 1, and any discussion of value seems absurd compared to what I gave up (and several people even told me they thought it was a fantastic deal in MY direction).

Also, to change topics, we should vote on whether to make this a keeper league. I'd be fine with starting that this season, but I could understand if people didn't want to. We should probably require a bit more than a simple majority (maybe 8 votes?) to switch things up.

I'm fine with the keeper league. But i have 2 stipulations:

    1) I relinquish Commissioner duties to you
    2) we move the draft to a different site (I dislike yahoo more and more, year after year).

I'd be happy to run the league. I doubt there'd be much change (if any), and we could always relocate to ESPN. I actually prefer their FF setup.
