    Best's concussion must be a little more serious than anticipated.

    interesting...

    might not mean much about best, because he literally is the only guy worth carrying the rock with leshoure out. So having brown to spell best is a good idea, his concussions are starting to pile up, and thats got to scare lions fans silly. It may not be a big issue this year, but going forward, he could be the next in a long line of guys who had their careers cut short by concussions. see Toon, Chrebet

    Brown was horrible for Philly, but the Lions must think he's an upgrade for the short-yardage RB role.

    I'm not sure it has a lot to do with Best's injury...but you can never have enough RB depth.

    They found a brain tumor while he got his physical. Essentially Ronnie Browns ineffectiveness in Philly saved Harrison's life.
