yeah that was funny. he never gives that 2009 team any credit. then he uses them as an example of a team that can win the super bowl being a running team.

 

With the Giants choking vs the Seahawks, he's going to be in a real foul mood tomorrow if the Jets somehow win.

Just spoke to my buddy --I don't listen to Tank anymore but he said that the "SEAHAWKS would probably win 3 or 4 games all at home all year" and gave them zero chance to beat the Giants----did anyone hear him say this--priceless

 

^^^I heard this on the radio a few days ago. He totally wrote the seahawks off, saying that giants are gonna steamroll them and that the seahawks might not win a road game all year, nevermind against the giants.

francesa should open tomorrow's show blasting the giants. if the jets lost to a team that bad, he would raise his voice, and go into rage mode.

i would guess not though. he'll just make like it's ho hum. no big deal. but da jets! da classless jets! losin to da pats?

but he may not be as angry with the jets tomorrow. they covered the 9.5 spread and he picked them.

He brought up great points. They stopped us 7 times on 3rd downs, while they only stopped the other four teams 8 times all season.

And there comes the bias.

Trying to weaken the criticism of the Giants by saying that, while Giants had the more embarrassing loss the Jets have had the more embarrassing season. Why make that comparison??

 

Can't disagree with anything he said but he always has a way of coming off so condescending regarding anything to do with the Jets. I wanna smack him every time I hear him use the term "Rex's vawnted defense" cause you know he's just being condescending.
