I wonder why they drafted him than, if only there was something prior to the NFL where they could have assessed his ability to cut back. Cimini is a bonehead, the Oline hasn't gelled yet let's see where he's at in week 10.

Was doing great when he had an OL... this is pure bullshit from a man that has no clue what he is talking about when it comes to actual football. Pass.

Ehh that's a reach, imo. It's not like he hasn't had success in this system before, he just had a bit of fumblitis

Thoughts? Cimini proves weekly that he's lucky to draw a paycheck.

Also I know everyone enjoys Cimini's thoughts there is a fake Cimini twitter account that plays that whole premise up, it's pretty funny.

"Many calls for Joe McKnight to get carries to spark Jets run game. My take: prepare to be let down. Another position where Jets lack depth." http://twitter.com/#!/FakeCimini

Lol at Cimini trying to give actual football insight.

I think the coaching staff knew about his running style before they drafted him.

A more accurate title would be "No running back fits behind current Jets offensive line"

Yeah, yeah, Cimini is a Jets hater but what he says explains to some degree why LT generally does so much better.

Pretty much. Cmini spends more time trolling than actually reporting relevant news.

say what u want about cimini, but ive never been overly impressed with Greene..

Short of a handful of games down the stretch in 09, he has been a big let down. Last season LT wasnt supposed to be the man but had too.. Even this season I feel much more comfortable with LT than Greene.

I hate to say it, but Green-Ellis would have more success than Greene has had behind this line last year and this year... and yet Greene gets talked about like his a star or something.

LT has good vision, but not the cut-back ability that he used too. Greene has similar cut-back ability to LT does NOW and less vision.

Guys like Mendenhall, Ray Rice, Green-Ellis, MJD, Fred Jackson... all would flourish in this offensive scheme alot more than Greene has and does. I'm not bring up Peterson, or Foster I'm talking about guys that many at one point would have thought Greene had a brighter future than

What Cimini needs to do is watch the games again and focus in on the guards. He should key in on what the guard does after he takes his fifth step so he can shove it up his butt.

He probably just found out that the team he covers runs a zone-blocking scheme today, and thought this made it sound like he knew what he was talking about.

People are pretty much grasping at straws at this point. The problem lies with the offensive line.
