They went 14-2 and won the division last year & since 2000 they've won the division 9 times compared to our 1 , this yr after 2 games their QB has nearly 1,000 yds passing, they've won 3 superbowls & have been in 4 over the last decade, they are consistenly cosidered 1 of the elite teams in the entire league, they have a 1st ballot hall of fame head coach & a 1st ballot hall of fame QB...I say they get the benefit of the doubt...oh yea they also waxed our ass 45-3 last season. That is all.
Even by being undefeated, the Jets/Pats/Bills only have one game up on the AFC North teams and two games on the winless teams. Undefeated right now has little meaning.
i might agree with you, if they weren't a mash unit right now. Jenkins, scandrick, and Newman are still banged up in the secondary, if memory serves they are missing a LB or DL too arent they? Romo, Austin, Bryant, Ogletree, and Jones are pretty damaged on offense. its going to be hard to survive the next few weeks in order to stay in the division race.
Good thinking adding the "WOW" to the thread title. Makes this topic MUCH more interesting and aids in your desperate need to gain undue attention. Nice job!
I was talking about their division chances. I don't think anybody who watched them the last two weeks thinks they are a slapdick team. When you couple how they played with the rash of injuries they have developed, its actually pretty impressive.
Actually, a couple of people do. I have seen that term used to describe the Jets opponents in weeks 1 and 2 at least twice..(maybe it was the same person)
Hey, they're @ home vs a rival and 2-0... they might actually make some noise... Oh well, it was fun while it lasted...
trap games aren't games against teams with winning records, they are games against teams with bad records that are overlooked. If the Bills continue to win they won't be overlooked and inherently won't be a trap game.
I get to watch a lot of Bills games due to location and have a slightly different perspective since I'm not a Bills fan. The biggest change is in coaching, it started to develop last season but is 100% better than 3 years ago. The defense tends to be shaky at the start of games but seems to settle down as the game progresses. The offense, especially the line, is playing much better so far. The younger players are correcting the mistakes that plagued them last season and the team is still lacking a few pieces. Not saying they are playoff bound but they certainly could pose a problem for an ill prepared team.
