Damn, what a game tonight! Feels good to get that first win to start off the year.

One thing I thought was kind of funny tonight was seeing Cromartie in for 1 play on offense. Did anyone else notice this? I believe it was in the 2nd quarter. It was the first play of the drive right after a cowboys kickoff. Cro lined up at WR and faked an end around as Sanchez handed the ball off to Greene. Not sure what he was doing out there, but I found it comical.

no, but I did joke that he should be replaced by Burress after Burress KO'd that corner.

Cromartie was going to convert to a WR for his junior year at FSU before he tore his ACL and just entered the draft as a CB instead.

This is funny, I was just trying to figure out what special teams formation I could audible out of in madden 12 to get Cromartie as a WR. Check out his stats, he's perfect to be a WR! And if it's true in madden it's true in real life.

Cro's pretty tall. Plax & Cro = tall team. And we all know how good having tall receivers is.

I miss the day of madden when you could put anyone in at whatever position you wanted.

I noticed him out there, I think it was the first quarter. He'd be a good WR, a big pass play seems to happen every time he's out there. In his defense I thought the Austin TD was as much Cromartie's ball.

The WR move has been done in the past, in 2000, the year we traded Keyshawn, we had no size at WR and used CB Marcus Coleman for a Hail Mary, he caught a TD going into the half.

I think it would be scary for any defense is cromatie lined up at WR and just ran straight down the field.

A lasting image of Antonio Cromartie last night, aside from the blown coverages, was DB Coach Thurman giving tips about hand position after the Austin touchdown and Cromartie with his head turned away from Thurman, ignoring him with a petulant smirk on his face.

Cro wasn't terrible last night. He didnt get his head around fast enough on the Dez TD. The other TD, you really can't do much about that. It's a stupid rule to begin with AND he actually had possession of the ball 1st.

Your signature is obnoxious (unless your being sarcastic). But I'd like to see Cro step his game up. Thankfully we have a 5th preseason game next week.

A fifth preseason game against a 1-0 team that gave up next to nothing to Chris Johnson. Last time we played Jax I seem to remember a lot of people feeling the same way about them...

    Don't sleep on the jags.
