    curious to see how much he's being paid yearly since it's an extension and not a brand new contract to replace his rookie deal.

    I expected it to happen sometime over the weekend... but honestly I'm shocked he took so "little." I figured he would refuse to play for less than a 10.5 average. But its better for the game he got less money. Too many guys are now currently making 1/10 or more of the cap by themselves. Its getting out of hand. Nothing like baseball, but still starting to get crazy...

    That's a lot of money for a RB but the length of the contract ain't too bad. If they gave him this kind of money over 8 years or whatever it would have been a huge mistake

    Too bad has backups has looked good and I see him getting injured finally. Not that I wish it on anyone but he's managed to avoid the big hits thus far. That being said I find it hard to imagine he's kept in gameshape during the holdout.

    that being said he deserves every penny
