    Yea....What he brings is added speed to the defense. He bigger than a safety & smaller than a LB/DE. He is being put in situations to suceed, & not being asked to carry load as in Buffalo. #rd downs & long yardage. Pace & Maybin on the outside on passing downs with Thomas & Mohammad lined up at DE....Looks alot better than last year. Again....Jets have improved pass-rush. Maybin would be even harder to block on a delayed blitz.

    BTW....Anyone notice he looked like a young Vilma & had on his number also.

    We can temper are enthusiasm if u want us too...But clearly Maybin is the fastest OLB Jets have. Envision Pace & Maybin lined up on same side.

    Now we fast forward to Jets trading for Taylor Mays at 53 man cut-down day....to line up at SS {future starter}. huh ??? Taylor Mays for a 4th or 5th rounder ??? Envision Mays blitzing up the gut. "May The Force Be With You"...:metal::jets::jets:

    like what i saw, he has more speed off the edge then any other of our OLB's i think he will really see some time this year maybe he just wasnt in the right system. Dont over react im not saying hes the next big thing just saying maybe he can contribute.

    It was a nice play but it was against a totally immobile second or third string brick standing in his way. He will have to do that against a starter to stick with the team.

    I think Rex will keep him just off of his potential. He seems to like projects and thinks he can make anyone great. Which to his credit besides Ghost I would say he is pretty good at his job.

    I agree, he get pancaked most plays. He is a speed rusher who if free can get there but is not able to take on blocks. I was happy with his effort and the fact that unlike the ghost he did not look lost out there in space.
