luvtotha9s had the most realistic rosters last year. I'm not sure when his will be out, but he did a damn good job - he makes a lot of necessary edits to good and bad players. His rosters are great for Dynasty Mode.
Fairdale Kings just uploaded his rosters for online play. His rosters are the best ones I used. http://www.operationsports.com/news/494545/fairdale-kings-ncaa-football-12-rosters-360/
The default rosters even with names will still suck online - the ratings are horrible and I've seen a ton of errors.
I haven't seen him working on it this year. TSO is making a collaborative effort to put out a solid roster, but Im not sold it will be. Don't know where the hell luv is to be honest..

It's good. Some of the features are pretty cool. The option to play as just a DC or OC and work your way to a head coaching position is a nice new touch. It is somewhat frustrating. I am the DC at Texas who I made Independent but we lost to Kansas St by 14 because my offense sucks (which you don't get to play) I only scored 14 one a defensive TD and the other a fumble that was returned to the 5. I then lost the Insight.com Bowl to Nebraska because they ran the KO back (again you don't get to play) after I tied the game late in the 4th. I really like the option to move teams around. The WAC is down to 4 teams and I've moved TCU to the Big East along with ECU and UCF. The Mountain West added Fresno, Nevada, Hawaii. SMU and Houston and has a championship game as well as an autobid to the Fiesta Bowl. Texas is now Indy, A&M and Oklahoma have abandoned the Big 12 and joined the SEC. The Big 12 added Tulsa.
I don't know if I'm going to pick up NCAA this year. The only real reason I would want it is to import draft classes to Madden.
I had some fun with mine and made 6 super conferences of 16 5 major super conferences ACC, Big 10, Pac 12, SEC & MWC 1 mid-major super conference: MAC all other conferences had 4 teams Also kept ND as an Independent as the game requires at least one of those.
I made all of the service academies independent. I also gave the Mountain West the Big East's BCS auto-bid spot.
I just put them in the 4 team Big East aside from Air Force. I have 5 autobids for the 5 major conferences. The way I had it there was no way I was going to give an autobid to the MAC.
I'm just wondering if anybody else is having any glitches? Twice now I have beaten Oklahoma in the middle of the season only to have the game freeze up on me forcing me to turn off the console. I am thinking of taking it back to Walmart as I've never had a game on Xbox do this(including used games I've picked up) and none of the other games I own are freezing. It's actually pissing me off pretty good.
I haven't had any freezing problems on PS3, but this game has tons of bugs. EA really needs to get rid of Tiburon, because they've done a shitty job on all of the next gen college football games. There's a new glitch out that changes a quarterback's tendency if you edit him: if you edit Denard Robinson in any way, he'll switch from a scrambler to a balanced passer. It makes the CPU play a completely different style of football. This means all of the named rosters are fucked until this problem is patched. This game's a mess. I'll probably shelf it until a few patches come out. I'll just play NCAA 2004 or 2006 until then.
My favorite glitch so far is playing a game after a bowl game and seeing confetti kick up every time you run.
What I did was play the bowl game then watch the post game stuff when the confetti falls and then play the next game in dynasty or RTG and every time you run confetti should kick up instead of grass. It stops working as soon as you shut off the game.
