Not about the teams lottery, but I vaguely remember a web site, where you purchase the ability to buy Super Bowl tickets for a certain team, when that team is eliminated you lose your money or at any point you could sell your "shares" to someone whose team is still in it. Anyone remember this?
I heard about something like this but cannot remember the name of the website, in this case you paid a fee for one team and if they go to the SB you can buy tickets at face value, I will ask around and see if I can get the name from one of my co-workers for you.
