I hope Brad likes hockey, because the Sabres are the only team in Buffalo with a chance of winning more than 6 games next year.

Thanks Brad. You were a good member of the JETS. I'll always have good memories of some bigtime plays.

Glad to see him get paid.

Wish he hadn't signed with a division rival, I don't really look forward to facing his game-changing ability twice a year. He's the kind of guy that in a close game can make a huge play and change everything. He'll be missed.

Don't downplay how good Brad Smith is guys. He helped the Jets win a few games last year and previous years. Not like they paid $15 for a nobody. He will be good for them. Not a good WR no, but he will help. Don't forget how bad Buffalo has been. Haha.

im very upset we are not able to keep him.. but lets think of it this way... we lost him at the right time... there will be so many touchbacks this year the KR position will be the boringest position in football... as far as seeing him take the snap out of the wildcat.. ill be sh***ing my pants when were on the other side of the ball

Did anyone think we'd keep him? All the Jets beat writers are crying over him leaving. He was great for us, but no need to act surprised.

Source: #Jets held back on Brad Smith while waiting for Asomugha to make up his mind. This could bode well for their chances w/ Nnamdi.

Brad Smith was a good player for the Jets........... Lol if anyone thought that could keep him. He should have jumped at that contract and I am glad he did.

I'm not a surprised at him leaving, but I was hearing Chicago though, so Buffalo was a little surprising as the destination. Watch him beat us next year in the WC THROWING the ball then pointing to Schotty who's doing a facepalm on the sidelines. I'm not a fan of letting anyone besides the QB throwing the ball, but Brad (who was a QB in college) should have been allowed more often with us imo in those slow-paced games to get us going offensively
