Yes we all know JetBlue would be the perfect name, we know it covers both teams. This is not a revelation, it's been talked about for years now at great length. It's not happening. At this point I don't care if they call it Gay Sex stadium as long as the Jets keep winning.

I like it. Met Life is a good company to deal with, Snoopy always rules, and Jet Life Stadium will become a pretty standard nickname.
It will be named something else in 5 years. That is why I'll just call it the Meadowlands. I can't keep up with the corporate naming rights for stadiums anyway.

I was always a big fan of the Charlie Brown cartoons growing up so whatever gets me to see Snoopy more often is fine. Aside from that, I really couldn't give a shit what the name is. I'll probably refer to it as "The Meadowlands" like I refer to CitiField as Shea or "the place where happiness goes to get a bullet in the head."
Green Giant is not a subsidiary..just a brand. So yes they would be unlikely...but not impossible. If they wanted to..they have the money. As for location..GM is in Minnesota. But there no requirement of a local base..although most are. But its all spitballing anyway. Giants wouldn't accept anything with JET in the name. And Jets wouldn't accept a name that vaguely resembles "green GIANT STADIUM"... been there - done that. :grin:
I would accept Green Giant Stadium considering that's it has been just Giant Stadium my whole life. Anything to get something Jet related in there. A partnership between JetBlue and Green Giant would be nice. And they could name it Jet Green Stadium.
