I hate Moss, but lets face it. He still had a lot left in the tank and will not cost us $8mil a yr.

Don't you guys think he'll be motivated to stick it to the Patriots when we play them twice/thrice a year?

    I know what slouch means.

Besides, I remember a clip from NFL network, where Randy was pre-game on the sidelines talking to himself, explaining loudly towards the reporters how he does not stretch before a game. This was back with the Vikings, the first time. I couldn't help but think, what a joke he was then, AND THEN: Last year happened, seriously?

Remember when he ranted about the buffet spread in the afternoon of Vikings practice? [strike]Brett Farve[/strike]* One Viking had to step in and tell him to shut the fuck up.

    Edit:http://www.aolnews.com/2010/11/03/caterer-says-randy-moss-lashed-out-bashed-post-practice-meal/
As a fan I understand Randy has talent, but I would not support him. I don't care if he spreads the field and takes two people out of the box. I would have to support the Jets in spite of him. Again, seriously:

I don't see R.Moss making a crucial block in the secondary to open up the endzone. Braylon says hi.

I don't see R.Moss running consistantly, putting in all his effort on perfect routes for every snap, especially on running plays. J-Co says hi.

I don't see R.Moss doing anything latley that has amazed me, especially when you needed it most. Tone has, and he wanted to tell you hi too.

I don't even remember all the teams he played for last year? As a fan he's about as far away from a guy like Klecko as you can get. Randy shouldn't be a Jet. I bet Moss' old coaches couldn't wait to tell him good bye.

I'd rather have Diva Owens over "Horny" Media Moss. I don't love to hate him, I just hate him.

Has Edwards taught you guys nothing? I just think we are used to having midgets at WR.

Edwards and Moss outside with Cotch and Keller inside? Sanchez would have a field day.

I sincerely hope that the Jets resign Holmes and Edwards. I would hate to see Edwards walk and we get Moss. Yeah, I do think that Moss has some left in the tank, but I think that his motivation level sucks. He's not good for the team; the risk is too high.

With Edwards, you know what you're getting and you know his motivation level. With Moss, who knows if he's going to try.

I highly doubt Edwards is the issue here. Holmes is the one most likely to walk.

I believe that statement fits the thinking on this board, but far as I know, Holmes is still priority #1 with those that have a vote.

If I had a vote he'd be priority #3. Did he pull of some late game heroics last season? Yes. Did him completely disappearing the rest of the game have anything to do with needing the heroics? Yes.

Not disagreeing with you fenwyr. Just saying that from what I understand right now FO would rather have Holmes... so it is not out of the question that Braylon is the one left packing, if a choice is made.

Who I like or support doesn't influence the results.

Sources? what sources? I think the writer should have said his opinion.

Then to put some quotes with it, he sends a message to Cro to get a response to add.

Perhaps when Cromartie tweeted, "I would love to have Randy Moss on Jets," he was ill.

I can hear Mike D now:
'Cause What You See You Might Not Get
And We Can Bet, So Don't You Get Souped Yet
    Scheming On A Thing That's A Mirage
I'm Trying To Tell You Now It's Sabotage

BTW Manish Mehta should have quoted someone with a contract to play this season. I would love to have Antonio Cromartie on Jets.

All i'm saying is that it's looking like. Moss and Holmes if this is serious. I would not mind him on our team; if he has a bone to pick with the patriots then bring him in gotta love the hate

The only way the Jets snag Moss is if Braylon walks. Can't see them having two vertical threats on either sideline.

It must be April fools day for this rumor to have legs. Tanny and Rex should be drug tested immediately for even thinking about signing this guy. His skills have evaporated and he needs to disappear as well. Time for Moss to file for retirement.
