Anyway, I hope the NFL seizes the oppurtunity to play a NY football matchup to end the day, that's all we can ask for. If they strike, they strike, I just hope the Yanks are in a pennant race.
As much as I would like to see Jets/Giants on SNF on the 10 year anniversary of 9/11 to open up the 2011 season, I just am hoping to God that for once the Patriots are not the home opener. A Jets/Giants, Jets/Cowboys, Jets/Dolphins, Jets/Whoever match-up would settle that and make me a happy man. Enough of seeing New England in September. Save these important games for November/December.
They like to have us play New England in the early and late. I don't see why that's strange? It would be strange if we played them week 15 and 16.
haha last time i checked buffalo was a suburb of toronto, cananda. so unless you're talking about play hockey.....
WTF does that mean? If me trashing an asshole really means the Jets will lose, then I will defend my country and wait for the next season. But I'm sure that you have nothing to do with Jets success, so I will have my cake and eat it too.
What is the date the schedule is announced? Do they have a date yet? It used to be in April or I thought it was.
Scehdule is late April, before the draft. But the first weekend Prime time games and Thanksgiving stuff gets announced first. I am starting to thing its gonna be us at the Redskins, Jets/Giants might not be a ratings winner nationally since its 2 NY teams. I hope my first predictions is right.
Jets vs Patriots is the hottest matchup in the NFL and possibly in NFL History. The playoff game drew the most ratings ever for a non-Super Bowl game. They will probably do Jets vs Patriots very early again just in case one of the team collapses which would mean the ratings would bomb, which means lots of lost money.
The Jets always host the Pats in the first 3 weeks every season. Hopefully this season we can host the late game.
