    In order to get inside of each GM's mind relative to their collective selections, I thought up these questions for each GM to answer. It also gets a few more days out of the draft too. You can answer for both teams if you had 2, or you can condense it into 1.

    Favorite Pick:

    Biggest Reach:

    The Player that got away(Player you thought would fall to you):

    Still in the Green Room(Player that wasn't drafted):

    I've have mine up later...

    Favorite Pick:
    Bills: DE Cameron Heyward, Ohio St(Round 2)
    Lions: DE/DT Cameron Jordan, Cal(Round 1)

    Best Value:
    Bills: CB Rashad Carmichael, Va Tech(Round 5)
    Lions: RB Delone Carter, Syracuse(Round 5)

    Sleeper:
    Bills: FB Charles Clay, Tulsa(Round 7)
    Lions: OLB K.J. Wright, Miss St(Round 4)

    Redo(selection you regret):
    Bills: None
    Lions: None

    Biggest Reach:
    Bills: ILB Kelvin Sheppard, LSU(Round 3. He realistically has a chance to go late round 3/early round 4 but I felt Bills really needed a LB before anyone else can go)
    Lions: None

    The Player that got away(Player you thought would fall to you): [/B]
    Bills: OT James Brewer(Was picking between Sheppard and Brewer but I felt that this draft had more OT's than LB's so I went with Sheppard though Brewer might have a higher grade rating)

    Lions: CB Prince Amukamara(Would have liked him to fall a bit more down to me but I wasn't expecting that.....still like Cam Jordan pretty much though)

    Still in the Green Room(Player that wasn't drafted)
    Florida Punter Chas Henry,
    Rice DE/OLB Cheta Ozougwu

    Favorite Pick:

    Bears: Cecil Shorts, WR - I think he'll produce in the Martz offense or in a slot role for another team.
    Bucs: Jah Reid, OT - Made huge strides 4 years at UCF, has room to do so at the NFL lvl.

    Best Value:

    Bears: Marsh, Jones, and Shorts all fell lower than expected by a round.
    Bucs: Hairston, should play in the league with improved strength and conditioning

    Sleeper:

    Bears: Taiwan Jones - Blazing speed, can catch out o the backfeild. Very good change of pace option.
    Bucs: Locke - for similar reasons as Jones. I feel he's a good #2 back to team with Blount.

    Redo(selection you regret):

    Bears: Baldwin - Probly should have gone Oline. He's a big boom or bust reach in round 1. Reports on his attitude scare me a bit.
    Bucs: None.

    Biggest Reach:

    Bears: Baldwin - See above
    Bucs: Locke - Not elite at anything, probly coupld have landed him in the 5th, or gone with Jones.

    The Player that got away(Player you thought would fall to you):

    Bears: Pouncey - For some reason I saw him lasting till the end of round one. no luck there. Rodney Hudson - WW scouped him up right before me in round 2.
    Bucs: Shane Vereen - Though he would last till thier pick in the 4th, no luck.

    Favorite Pick:
    Cardinals- Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU (1st)
    Browns- Stephen Paea, DT, Oregon St (2nd)

    Best Value:
    Cardinals- Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU (1st)
    Browns- Bruce Carter, OLB, North Carolina (3rd)

    Sleeper:
    Cardinals- Julius Thomas, TE, Portland St (6th)
    Browns- Edmund Gates, WR, Abilene Christian (4th)

    Redo(selection you regret):
    Cardinals- Maybe Martez Wilson... They need a pure pass rusher and I gave serious thought to Acho. Friday and Miller, who I drafted later, need time to develop. But even if Wilson fails to transition to 34 OLB, He still gives them a replacement for Dansby, whose play making skills they missed last year.

    Browns- None

    Biggest Reach:
    Cardinals- None
    Browns- None

    The Player that got away(Player you thought would fall to you):
    Cardinals- Chris Carter, DE/OLB, Fresno St. He went in the 3rd to the Eagles. Thought He would be there for my fourth round pick.
    Browns- AJ Green, WR, Georgia... Hoped the Bengals would pass.

    Still in the Green Room(Player that wasn't drafted): Anthony Gray, NT, Southern Miss, Thomas Keiser, DE/OLB, Stanford , Chris L. Rucker, FS/CB, Michigan State

    Packers: Gabe Miller(7th) - great OLB project
    Panthers: Jordan Cameron(4th)

    Redo(selection you regret):
    Packers: none
    Panthers: Shareece Wright(Chose him over another CB)

    Biggest Reach:

    Packers: Jabaal Sheard(With no trades, had to do it though)
    Panthers: None

    The Player that got away(Player you thought would fall to you):
    Packers: Brooks Reed

    Still in the Green Room(Player that wasn't drafted):

    Alex Green, RB, Hawaii

    Rounded back who raised his stock after proving many wrong about his speed. Reminds me of Steven Jackson.

    Favorite Pick:

    Julio Jones

    Best Value:

    Julio Jones - I think he has top 8 value at this point. And no other draft pick I have is good enough to warrant best value.

    Sleeper:

    Chris Neild - WVU's defense relied on him. I think he can be a player in this league.

    Redo(selection you regret):

    Brandon Fusco - I took him because they needed OL depth, but there were better prospects.

    Biggest Reach:

    Tough to reach with the Skins and where they picked.

    The Player that got away(Player you thought would fall to you):

    Steven Friday - We was taken a handful of picks before my selection.

    Still in the Green Room(Player that wasn't drafted):
    John Clay, Wisconsin.

    Really? Cannon? I think he's gonna be a hell of a tackle in the NFL.

    I love Cannon dont get me wrong and I feel he can be an excellent Tackle or Guard but as I keep looking back and keep thinking if Ben Ijalana could of been a better pick. I have mixed emotions about it.
