Yes the off season sucks the big one. Even when the NFL is operating as usual it sucks. I am not a big baseball fan unless the D-backs are in contention which will not happen this season again. Hopefully the Coyotes make a decent run the the playoffs to keep my mind off of the NFL.
Maybe I'll tally how many days it's been since champ made a post that stated something besides the blatantly obvious.
Yeah, worst off season ever. Even worse than the part to date is I am trying to get my head around the distinct possibility that there will be no season at all. Only good thing is I have a boat, but it's not in the water yet. Things will get better when it is.
It totally sucks. My Pats fan nemesis co-worker tried to have a football fight like we did daily throughout the season, and we couldn't even get THAT off the ground. Him: I hate the fucking Jets Me: They got further than your stupid Pats did. And also, your QB is a girl. Him: Whatever, At least the Pats have a trophy from the season. Me: They still suck. Blah. Booooooring.
This off season is sucking major ass. At lease last year we had all kinds of off season stuff going on, this year, Nada....zip zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz We need Bart to do another electrifying interview for the non-believers. Can't Wait!
Cheers to this thread, I fucking loathe the offseason. MLB and NHL are dope but NFL football is my favorite sport to watch and talk about.
No signings, no news, nothing. Most boring offseason yet and it's only April. Hearing about chad tearing his acl was the most exciting news of the offseason thus far.
This is absolutely the most boring coma inducing offseason ever. It's horrible, oh well I got hockey and tweezers.
Baseball sucks its just a battle to see which team plays the Yankees in the World Series every year :breakdance:
worst part about the off season is that every time i log on somewhere to catch up on football i see the EXACT same articles, links, threads that i saw the day/week/month before. it's so bad i even clicked on this dumbass thread.
NFL Network is even out of ideas, saw the Top 10 Linebacking Corps for the 100th time yesterday. Too bad they cancelled that Europe league, we could be watching Brett Ratliff tearing it up right now.
Yeah I was hoping that, but many are reporting that even if a ruling is handed down it'll have no impact either way because appeals would be started immediately. One thing that bothers me is that it seems the NFL wants to meet with the Union but the Union is not responding. So if neither gains any leverage through the courts this season really could be in serious jeopardy.
