I've no idea why. I can't imagine who would want to pick him up at 36 years old and having been out of the game for four years.

The guy blew a chance to be a HOFer, all he needed was another 2-3 decent seasons. Some team will take a chance, I'm sure Tiki will be in shape and he hasn't taken a pounding in years but who knows what kind of burst he has left?

I just saw a quote too. Janesports just tweeted it also.

I highly suspect this is about money. His wife probably owned him in court in their divorce.

Sounds like somebody needs mo' money. Gee, I wonder why. This guys a walking douche. I hope he comes back and is just embarrassed and then unceremoniously released.

Yeah he's probably broke ass right now. Someone will pick him up, but I doubt he'll be the lead back. He'll probably come back for a year, make a million, then retire. He needs da $$.

I can imagine someone giving him a shot at relatively low pay, but also wouldn't be shocked if that doesn't happen. It seems obvious that he's broke, and also that his TV opportunities are over (thankfully, since he was a joke).
