Sanchez needs to take control of the offense and also be a signal caller, rather then have schotty always call the plays. Schotty sucks.

I want to see better accuracy on the short and medium routes.

I want to see his confidence grow. Less sulking after ints, less saying he sucks even when he does suck.

I'd like to see him break 20 passing TDs. If he gets to 25, that will be huge.

I'd like to see his ints fall to 10, but I could tolerate 15 if he gets to 25 TDs.

    Around 3500 yards passing.

All that is based on him having decent WR's and linemen. I'm not going to expect him to improve all that much if he's throwing to nobodys.

I'd like him to be more ethnic but not latino...maybe Korean or Sri Lankan.

//he just needs to improve situational awareness and 3rd year will be a monster.

Would like to see Sanchez take more control of the offense and be more consistent. In the past two years there were stretches in the seasons where Sanchez would regress (first year after NO, This Year around thanksgiving). Better accuracy and more deep shots would deff. help

Improvement all around, with a focus on completion percentage.

He needs to get into a rhythm, as well as the entire O, faster than last season. It was almost painful to watch this O start games at times. He needs to figure out what makes him better at the end of games and apply it more to the beginning.

He needs to work on his accuracy, sometimes he throws the ball late and the ball goes behind his receiver, and because he's short he throws the ball too high at times, a lot of times this happens when he is under pressure in the pocket. I saw Phil Simms talk about it on Inside the NFL, Sanchez takes a big stride when passing, so he needs a lot of room, if he can improve his accuracy when he can't take all that space and time he will be much better and of course his completion percentage will go up.

His vision downfield, which I think will come if the game keeps slowing down for him.

I would like to see him come out guns blazing right from the beginning of the 1st quarter. He plays great under pressure, but when the pressure isn't there, he's kinda 'eh.' I also want to see "that look" that he gets when things aren't going well disappear. I am sick of hearing and saying "Oh god... He's got 'that look' again..."

Just avoid that mid year slump were the turnovers mushroomed. That will translate to more possessions and more productivity. Mark should keep improving the kid works way to hard not to be a better player with each passing year. Go get em Mark. Own this fucking league in 2011 it is yours for the taking.

Sanchez certainly stepped it up this year (especially in playoff time). To improve, he needs to (a) improve his accuracy and (b) be more consistent (consistently good, that is).
Really, Sanchez just needs to pretend every game is a playoff game.

His accuracy is fine, it's his consistency I want to see improve. There is a difference.

    ...and 2 more wins.

He made improvements across the board this year, and had some impressive games. He's also proven to be clutch as fuck.

Consistency is all that's holding him back now. He can make all the throws, he has the work ethic.

Consistency is key with Mark. Both throughout the game, and throughout the season.

I want to see Mark start some games quickly. It's ok to be a second half team, but for the love of god we can not go more than 2-3 games without a first quarter TD next year, 15 straight games is enough don't you think?
