Superbowl for my birthday...

    For the third time (since I am a Jets fan) the Jets play this game on my birthday or the day after. It has not been easy to feel dissapointed then to celebrate my birthday at the same time with the feeling of defeat. But I really expect that they get to the damn Superbowl this time cause then they will play in the Superbowl the day before my wedding anniversary.

    Also I want to share with you guys the birthday cake that my wife and I did. It was the first cake we have ever done and it was something to get us pumped for the AFC Championship Sunday!!!!!!!

    He he, That's cool. I think this is only the second year that the super bowl is near my birthday weekend (Feb 7th, 1975). If the Jets make it, I'm taking off the next Monday.

    Happy Birthday and here's to hoping you have a reason to celebrate.The last time the Jets played on my birthday was 11/12/2008 when the Jets played the Patriots. We won.

    The last time the Jets played on my birthday we lost to San Francisco. 12/7/2008..it was also my 21st birthday.

    Then, the night before my birthday this year, we lost 45-3 to that team we got our vengeance against last week.

    So, to OP, better luck on your happy birthday!

    We never play anywhere near my birthday but the good news is if your birthday wish comes true it comes true for millions of Jets fans all over the globe. That's some serious pressure man. I may send you a belated card if it happens.
