I guess hes upset that he didn't put his best foot forward. I mean honestly there were a few plays there where he looked like he had 2 left feet. Just a timid performance, like he didn't want to step on any toes. I'm sure Coach B really put his foot down and demanded a good performance, so it's understandable that he'd be upset. Maybe hes really just sad that Patriot fans had to foot the bill for expensive playoff tickets and go home disapointed? But they're tough up there in New England, I'm sure they'll land on their feet. He's just going to have to toe the line and try again next season. Lets just hope they dont start off next year on the wrong foot though. But for now, his seasons over so he can just put his feet up for awhile.
I am pretty much willing to give welker a break going forward. He messed up w/his comments but he seems like a good guy. I actually respect him more for crying - the guy is a tough competitor and I don't think he really intended to come off looking like such a douche. We of any fans should be willing to understand when somebody says something dumb.
can't wait to get to 10 post to see the links but he took some nice hits today. He's probably crying cuz he got punked today.
Eric Cartman quote Yes! Yesss! Oh, let me taste your tears, New England Mm, your tears are so yummy and sweet! Oh, the tears of unfathomable sadness! My-yummy! Mm-yummy, you guys! Go Jets
I though he was too scrappy to cry? I hope they find the broken pieces of his helmet that flew off after that one big hit. Would have been fun to have him and Bart Scott do an interview together after the game...
