Hey guys I'm going to be in NYC tonight for the game. Does anyone know of any decent sports bars by Port Authority that won't murder my wallet? Thanks.

There used to be a lot of sleazy bars and peep shows near port authority. Some of them will probably have the game on.

Try Killarney Rose off Wall Street not a sports bar i.e not got memorabilia all over but 8 screens , good beer and pub food, you may even see Francessca as its his local!

Try the Slider combo....to die for

How about Brother Jimmy's Barbeque, across from the Garden on 30th and 8th??

If you don't feel like walking down there (I do it every day), there are hopping places all over between between the PABT and Times Square.

Stout at 33rd and 7th., right by Penn Station. Short cab ride/walk from where you are, excellent beer choices, good pub food. lots of screens. Should be a lot of Jets fans there if you're looking to party with fellow fans. I love that place, it shouldn't hurt your pocket too bad, but this is mid-town Manhattan you're talking about.
Otherwise, go to the first dive bar you can find.

Stout is good.. Tonic East I've heard is pretty good but I've never been. I'll be watching in Hoboken, I know a few good places if anyone is interested.

Tonic east is where I watched the AFC title game last year, so I'm not risking that again. Brother Jimmys is awesome for Jets games and Stout is always good. The Hill on 3rd ave between 29th and 30th also usually gets a huge Jets turnout.
