    I called this guy completely useless in the preseason last year. He really did suck at receiver, though.

    I really hope we keep this guy. He's a three way threat and has to be worth a decent contract to Tanny.

    In a league full of special athletes, Smith's skill set is very unique. The guy is incredibly fast, elusive and a tough runner after contact.

    awesome vid. not every college star gets to play what he wants in the NFL. brad has not complained , and does all that is asked. what an unsung hero!

    useless. lol. well he was trained at QB. had to put him at receiver to keep him on roster. DUDE the guy has nfl record for most yards per touch! sounds useless to me....

    Half the board was clamoring for him to be cut not too long ago. The group think on here is amazing sometimes.

    As long as we don't go over our head I'm all for re-signing him. Class act and excellent at what he does...

    PS The article posted before is bullshit... sure, Taylor is under contract but we can cut him for nothing next year...

    brad smith is indeed money, and there has to be some teams that would LOVE to have him. Miami anyone?

    i'd like to see brad in the backfield more. he'd be such a threat on screens and dump offs. plus he's a legit threat to just take the hand off and make something happen.

    i agree that his true QB passing ability is about as good as his true receving ability (about 80% of what you'd want for a true QB or receiver). but his run threat combined with his QB/receiver threat make him truely unique.
