The offseason moves were specifically for the Colts and Pats. Its amazing how Rex knew he'd be right back here, facing the same teams and the organization prepared themselves for them. I think after a relaxing Bills win where everyone was smiling on the sideline and having fun this team is going to be a sleeper. It got them out of their funk. It made them forget about all the bullshit off the field. Its the cleansing moment before the playoffs. This team is going to be a fighter, and if they go down, its going to take the opponent's best shot. I don't see the Pats or Colts raping the Jets.
Well let's be honest ... Rex can talk all he wants, but clearly, the moves didn't work. This pass defense is a bad joke compared to what it was last year. No way in hell we stop Brady or Manning. We better open up this offense and score big in the playoffs, or we'll be going home early.
I still think had they beat the Colts last year they would've beaten the Saints.. we matched up well with them that season and only lost because of Sanchez's inexperience
The oversight was not taking care of the front 7. They have to get the pressure on Manning or else the moves won't mean shit. It was a depth draft. And the depth kicked ass today. The starters have to show up. I think they'll ride the momentum of today and give them hell. It'll be a close game.
That could be a bad wish IF we don't get any pressure on Manning. The ONLY guy who I have seen give Revis problems has been Reggie Wayne and as big of a choker as peyton is he seems to do well against Ryan defenses so I was rooting for Tennessee to win yesterday. I expect to win but I don't think it will be easy.
