Was Rex calling the D full time today?

    I know it was the Bill's (dead last rushing) but it did look like we blitz more, and from the camera angles that Rex was calling the plays. Anyone know for sure?

    I think he was and the flow on defense was clearly different. Rex needs to call the defensive plays in the plaoffs.

    I could be wrong, but to my knowledge, Rex calls all the defensive plays.

    There was a story about him handing off the duties this year to the DC. Not sure if he's taken it back over or not.

    Rex ceded much of the play calling doodies (a joke about the playcalling last game) to Pettine. This fact is written in many different spots.

    They all call plays in certain situations.

    A lot of plays are pre-called depending on field position/situation/personnel/formation by using a callsheet

    That's why Rex always has that fist up on 3rd and 7+.... but then the opposing offense gets a 1st down :sad:

    There's really not much we can take out of yesterdays game, it was basically a preseason game.

    It was all about fundamentals.



    The Bills actually did a pretty good job protecting this year. So Rex getting back to basics obviously helped, especially Pace. He was a beast yesterday!!

    it was a joke on braylon baiting ryan to go for it on a 4th down play. It was on sound fx
