The years the Jets play the NFC East they have a down year. Here's the good news - Rex seems to not fall victim to Jets history. Let's go kick some ass
The Jets play against the entire AFC West every three years. 2002- home vs KC & Den, at Oak & SD 2005- home vs Oak & SD, at KC & Den 2008- home vs KC & Den, at Oak & SD 2011- home vs KC & SD, at Oak & Den Note the change there. Oakland and San Diego used to be together, but no longer will be. From that site I posted above- The 2007 Chiefs-Jets game was not part of the AFC East vs AFC West rotation. That game was played because both the Jets and Chiefs were 2nd place finishers in 2006.
nah... i wouldnt buy tickets not to see the jets... ill just have to get my football fix on saturdays and whatever home games they have in december/january
Since the Raiders moved back to Oakland in 1995, the Raiders played at the Jets in 1995, 1996, 1997, 2005, and 2006.
15-1, loss against the Pats away. Only other team I can see beating us is Chargers and this year proved that they cant keep up that late season streak up.
That is one hell of a home lineup. Season ticket holders like myself are tickled pink with that slate. Jets vs Giants, Jets home game = fun!!!
Beating the Giants in Jets Stadium is going to be a lot of fun. Other than that, the schedule looks pretty good to me.. but who the hell knows what next season will bring us. Who thought the Vikings and Bengals would be total jokes this year after the years they had last season.
Waitasecond. Waitasecond. Well, waitasecond here. Dat's outrageous. It's not Jets Stadium. It'll always be Giants Stadium. Use ya noogin'. (That was a Mike Francesser impression for those who don't pay attention to that thread.)
Easy travel schedule. That's good. Desirable home opponents. That's good too. What isn't good is the major threat of a labor issue wiping out much if not all of it.
i htink i messed up the odds on that one hahah. I mean to say its a shoe in. prime time has a hard on for the cowboys
My guess is that it would be the 1st place AFC North team (Steelers) at home and 1st place AFC South team (Colts) on the road.
They've always said that that would be in 2012 if it was going to happen. http://articles.latimes.com/2010/aug/25/sports/la-sp-nfl-report-20100826
