They tried to get him to let his nutts hang.
Maybe all of a sudden, the playoffs will cause something to happen and he get BEAST!!!

I'm just rooting for something good to happen for him.

i'm rooting for something to happen to him too. its just that something really isn't too good for him.

I've been on the "give him time" bus since he came in. he just looks completely lost to me. he gets completely swallowed up in even the most tame pass blocking (ahem: bills). however long this post season run is, i hope are the last games vern sees in a jets uni.

He got doubled on that play. No clue why, but they did it quite a bit.

    Because he's a 3-4 DE and that's his job.

They should have set something up where he comes free off the edge.

Oh well, he'll be cut and then someone who embodies this team's mentality will be in his place.

Because it's one thing to get absolutely stuffed and go 4-12 on the season, but it would be a whole new level of humiliation to give up a sack to #50.

It's beyond pathetic that I find my self rooting for a #6 pick b/c he is so bad. I didn't have to root for Robertson because he actually.........did something.

put this big tarzan but play like jane look alike at tight end... with the defensive number and all. Especially in the goal line. If he can't find it there, tie a cinder block to his foot and throw him in the hudson.

This is true, but if he was really getting double teamed a lot during the game then he was doing his job as a 3-4 DE, so good job today Gholston it was nice knowing you. But I think the younger guys in there today were playing really hard which helped the pass rush, big time.

i saw a punt returner run a circle right around him today near the sideline, he's fucking slow as shit and not big enough to play d-line in a 3-4 scheme. this guy sucks dick. cut'em loose. what a joke.
