Sorry, if this was posted already. I don't believe this will happen, because Pitt will win, but I would rather take the # 5 seed and play the Colts then # 6and play the Chiefs. If we played the Colts and beat them, the Steelers would beat the Chiefs and they would play the Pats while we played the Ravens. We have no chance against the Pats, but we could beat the Ravens and maybe the Steelers could hurt Brady. Sorry, call me a pussy, but with our pass rush, I would rather lose to the Chiefs then have to go to Pat land again
Yes as stated a million times before we have no pass rush and probably wont make it far in the playoffs against quarterbacks like Brady and Manning but hell anything can happen in the postseason!

Rex is 2-2 versus the Pats as the Jets HC. And I'm willing to bet that the Jets will be better prepared if/when we have to face them in the playoffs.

the pass rush is a concern, granted. But Rex/Pettine have weathered the storm in the past.....let's hope they have something up their sleeves for the playoffs. I'm sure they won't be resting on their laurels.
"Will" is a strong word. Pittsburgh is likely to win, but it is no sure thing. The Browns beat the Steelers last year and they played okay against them this year. If I recall correctly the first meeting was close in the 4th quarter.
+ our offense will put up points against the Pats, their D is very young and playing way over their heads; I wouldn't be surprised is they get beat in round 2 because their D will collapse.....You heard it hear first...
We can get the #5 spot and still play the cheifs if The colts win and the chiefs loss. Colts would get #3 seed and Cheifs would get #4
lol I try not to use we as much as possible. I am not part of the team, I just have a strong rooting interest in their games. I feel like keeping that in mind helps me stay more sane than most people when discussing the team. It does make more sense using we in that post though.
What the fuck, 'the team' is in the god damn fucking playoffs where anything can happen and we want to avoid the Pats, now I know why people are Steelers and Ravens fans
