Lets not lose sight that this offensive ineptitude is on Rexy too.

Everything is supposed to go through him.

Schitthead's play designs are attrocious, his play calling is predictable, but Rexy knows the game plan.

Good coaches make adjustments to what defenses are doing.

The Jets CS seems hell bent on sticking a square peg through a round hole.

Rexy talks a good game, but is a few miracles away from being a below .500 team this year with a loaded roster full of talent.

I agree he is the coach. He gets credit for a good start of the season and he gets blamed for the inept performances we have seen lately. He is a young coach w/a young OC and a young QB - I am beginning to think that he needs to slow his roll a bit, fire Schotty and get himself a more experienced OC.

I know (not as) Sexy Rexy is a defensive oriented guy, and that's fine. But, he is the head coach. That means being involved with all facets of the team. Bill is a defensive oriented guy too, but he's also a head coach who has input with the offense. I mean, guys like Adam Schein were killing Rex's lunch dates with Mark Sanchez because according to Schein, Schotty is the only guy who should have input with Sanchez. That's BS. Rex should be involved with the entire team. You heard Tom Brady mention how he broke down tape with Bill because of the extra time off leading to the Jet game. I'd say that worked out well, even though Bill is a defensive oriented guy.
