Is it OK to Bet Against the Jets?

Still, no, I wouldn't do it. I couldn't root against them in any way and enjoy that. But you don't give me a "no" option that I liked.

 

Yes! In every game I've bet against the Jets we've won. I was betting 100 and lost it all. I was recharged with 25 vCash, so I'll be placing that against the Jets vs. Packers. Will that be good enough? If the Jets lose we'll know.

I have bet on the jets every week, and will continue to do so bc I believe in my team. Anyone who says that it's ok to bet against your team is an asshole. If you are a true fan it should make you sick to ever root against your team.

Occasionally. Nothing wrong with it, as long as you don't bet enough where it affects your rooting interests. I do it with the Yankees a decent amount because their lines are always inflated.

i dont like to bet on games that i have a rooting interest in because i cant look at it objectively

 

This.I hate it when I am against jet players in fantasy leagues.betting against them would be torture

 

I actually refuse to start anyone on my fantasy team that is playing against the jets that week.

 

The Old Jets you bet for them to win and they lose, and you bet against them and the Jets win. These Jets..........I can only imagine Rex beating me to a bloody nub for betting against this team.

It's a win-win situation. Jets win, all is good. Jets lose, you just picked up some beer money to drown your sorrows in.

 

I don't think its bad karma but I have never bet against the Jets and in the end betting the Jets has done me more good than harm...

 

I don't bet on their games. period. I care enough as it is.
To me it's the Jets v. whoever, and then the rest of the league.

 

I've bet on our beloveds almost every week this year. Never would I even consider taking the Jets. Even if the spread was -33 and we were in Pittsburgh. I don't care if it's "easy money." I would never forgive myself if we blew them out 41-0 and I lost money on it. How could I not have faith in the team that controls my mood on Monday morning?
