Jagsbch: Are you Omar Brown? A few misspellings and there were a couple sentences I had to reread to try and clarify what they mean. Specifically the ones Waterboy pointed out. Overall, I think it was a good article but it was definitely hard to read. You might garner some more respect if you clean up the grammar and spelling mistakes a bit. I'm curious to know if BR is looking for more "Jets writers". I'd certainly like a crack at writing an article like that for publication.
If a hack like me can be a featured columnist in just 2 weeks... I had to give up the FC gig, I felt like a jackass with the writing load they insist on putting on you... The whole reason I even write there is so the editors can make my takes more legible, and it allows me a media to really delve into the topics I happen to find myself getting into. The site took starting a simple thread to a new level for this MB freak. Cool thing about the site is you can google search a topic and see your blog next to Pete Priscos article.
Hey Hemmingway...I never mentioned the bad grammar and misspelling. Fact is, shitty writing is shitty writing. What you call research, everyone else calls cut & paste. Your feeble attempt to defend the crap you wrote is almost as pathetic as the masturbatory ego self-stroking upon seeing your "work" referenced on a Google page. Hilarious. On a positive note, the shitty grammar, bad spelling and obtuse writing "style" of yours DOES dissuade the reader from realizing that it's just a bunch of half-baked ideas and regurgitated crap that you read elsewhere...with neither original thought or keen insight...something good writers possess. Let me know when someone pays you for the crap you write. Then you can start bragging...
Posting stats is not research but I will help you out with why the Buc's are in the bottom ten. Because they fucking suck. Besides the Steelers, who they got crushed by, they have played the collective door mats of the NFL. This enabled them to squeak out 3 wins against teams that are a collective 3 and 12. They then got crushed by the only good team they have played by 25 pts, it would have been by 32 but they got their one TD in garbage time at the end of the game. Not too hard to figure out.
Here is all your "research" LMAO- Here is how someone not as fine tuned as yourself would find your "research". Open Web Browser, type in espn.com, press enter. Or if you're feeling saucy, type in http://espn.go.com/nfl/ and then press enter. I hope everyone else can grasp this, thank god we have Jagsbch though.
You don't write there, you are not a writer, Bleacher Report has non of those. Bleacher Report is not a place for journalists. Every post on this site could be a Bleacher Report "article". If you were a writer, you'd understand grammar, you'd know how to spell, you would not need anyone to "make your takes more legible". You're not insightful, intelligent, or interesting. You don't know football any more than the average ball watcher. In the football world and the journalism world, what you've written, and what all the other idiots who think they're somebody becasue a garbage site like Bleacher Report posts their crap have written, is a joke. You are telling people here that you "write" for a website but acknowledge and defend that fact that you have poor spelling and grammar and see no need to improve either. Do you know how fucking stupid that is?
They should call it JetGreen. I'll be here all week.
When you go to a bar and are talking about football, how stupid would it be to stop and unleash a bunch of rhytoric designed to do nothing more than hate while the flame thrower of criticism is unleashed because you absolutely refuse to incorporate the letter R in any word whatsoever in your sentences? :rofl2:
stupid people sending back food that was improperly prepared or the completely wrong item ordered. idiots.
I did a little "research" as well. Here's some gems (threads & articles) written by our incredibly talented forum member Jagsbch.
