How long with the avatar, dude? It's making it a lot harder for me to read your posts.

Nice link, that was a helluva a read and reaction by Lowery. Nice confusion by the the right side of the line as well.

Is it me or does it look like kyle would have got burned on that play ?

Another cool thing, sean ellis playing Nose.. And still getting the pressure...

I swear to God that's what I thought when I say the replay in the game. It looked like Wilson was on his way to get burned BIG TIME. Maybe we're wrong, cuz he completely slow down when he saw the pass leave Favre. Seemed like he was not anticipating a deep route.

He bit on the fake by Lewis and Lewis ran the vertical.

Or, he thought he had one half of the responsibility on Shaincoe and the safety had anything over the top. I'm not sure which one but he did seems like he was going to make a mistake.

The good news is that the rush got to Favre and the play dictated for the QB to be pressured and check down. Ellis and Cole did their job correctly and the play worked in the Jets favor.

And good thing Greg Lewis is the 3rd or 4th option in the route.

Ellis and Pace's stunt was the reason.

Ellis falling through the gap was the catalyst for Favre moving to his right, into Cole's blitz.

Its a beautiful orchestra to watch out there.

Football is such a beatiful game. Every time I see plays dissected like this, I just love the game even more.

    btw,
I think Kyle Wilson was beat. Good think Favre didn't have time. Kyle's man appears to have clear path to the endzone if Favre hits him in stride.

Scary part of that play is the way Lewis flew by Wilson on the vertical route....

Did you lose a bet or something? Sounds like you're serving out a prison term.

I missed it, how do you end up with that avatar? We beat the Phins so I am perplexed.

Is he officially a safety now? I know a lot of people have been calling for this for some time now. Or will he be a hybrid CB/safety?
