Schaub has underperformed a few times but I'm still confident in him, if anything I can always start Sammy Bradford against the Lions this week. My problem is with my WRs though. I feel like I play the matchup game every week and it still doesn't work out too well. MSW is a jerkoff and has had one good game, the other 3 resulted in 2 bagels and a 2 point performance. Jeremy Maclin has been solid for me but now with Kolb starting I want to trade him while his stock is high.. I think Kolb is terrible and will only look for Celek, McCoy, Avant, or that FB Shmitt or whatever his name is. Demaryius Thomas is good but he's on a squad with talented guys that share the workload. Roy Williams is... well, Roy Williams, who knows. I want to pull off a trade for a top-flight WR to pad my starting team but I'm not sure what my best way of going about it is. I wouldn't do this trade if I were you, and I wouldnt trade Best unless I got something pretty damn good. You probably have the best team in the league, I wouldn't mess with it too much. Maclin might be worth trading now as his value might never be this high, but he could end up being a good target for Kolb... plus Vick will be back soon enough. I think DeSean Jackson will take the biggest hit near term. Calvin Johnson is an elite receiver, and upgrading your WR #2 would be nice but don't give up too much to do it. Torian might have pretty high value in a few weeks... Portis is out for awhile. I would not take Braylon and Kuhn for him right now.
The Edwards and Kuhn offer for Torain was withdrawn. The best, maclin, MSW for forte and boldin was rejected, as was every other proposal in that list. I keep telling these guys to man up and make some trades. Am I wrong or were my trade offers THAT bad that EVERY single one was rejected? It's getting pretty frustrating.
Ok, so the Edwards/Kuhn offer for Torain was changed to Edwards/Marshawn Lynch for Torain. I've gotta accept that right? I feel like it's highway robbery but I'm nervous that Torain may become a force in these next weeks.
I would take it. I think Lynch and Torain will have similar numbers and you get Edwards now. It is a tough one because I think it is more likely Torain starts beasting than Lynch.
Yeah that's exactly where I'm at.. leaning towards clicking accept but I'm hanging on the fence with it. I'm really strong at RB though so if I can snag Edwards it'll help. Torain is probably a bench player going forward for me anyway with Best, Peterson, and McCoy starting on my team.
The Prickinator needs RB help badly. I would try to swing a deal involving at least one of your RBs for either Collie or Driver. Collie would probably be easier to get since he is hurt but either of those WRs would help you bigtime.
