Coleman is still on this team for a reason. I trust the coaches.

To teach a rookie corner how to cover a real receiver being thrown to by an NFL QB. Why wouldn't they get them together?

Ok well I guess they could talk to him.

I thought you meant on the field time though, which would have made no sense.

The reason is he has pics of Woody with farm animals. Embarrassing pics.

If it's just for Wilson's psyche alone I would agree with the move, which I think is a big part of it. He's a rookie being put into a situation in which he was not drafted to do.

Joe Haden who was picked 7th is having similar problems but is improving in practice. At least that's what I read, the same goes for Kyle.

Your of course also assuming that Fitzpatrick will have teh time and the running game to throw the ball like he did last week. The Jets D is not the Pats defense.

When Revis comes back, I fully expect Wilson to come back into the fold.
Leonard has already said that there are comms problems all over the field, before, during and after the snap, so this just magnifys the problems Wilsons having

    It did.

    We won.

    Also...one small thing.

Trevor Pryce is here to fill in for Pass Rush on 3rd down.

Now it looks like Gholston,Ellis, Pryce,Taylor on 3rd down...Pretty healthy.

I think the addition of Pryce helps him tremendously.

I don't know, I think saying the system will protect Coleman is pretty hard to justify when the coaching staff just sat Wilson down for getting burned repeatedly. I think Coleman has to bring something to the system for it to work.

I do have to say that the one situation in which I think not having Revis REALLY hurts the Jets is if Drew Coleman is the alternative. Cornerbacks need to be competent. After that everything is a blessing and added value, but they really need to be competent.

Careful there you're being positive. The attack dogs don't like that. The only thing they believe is that Coleman is useless. It must bother them to no end that Rex differs on that subject.

Well Coleman is synonymous with camping out, which is what he appears to be doing sometimes in coverage.

J/k- I'm on board with the idea, I can't imagine he could do much worse and we are only playing the Bills.

I was the same until I saw him throw up some graphs and charts on his etch-a-sketch - now I am a believer.
